Linda Mendoza Out of the bag it has a strong odor as all mentioned but this is to be expected with the material it is made from. It goes away over night. It is very simplified to use and the great for a broken humerus bone. We tried all types of braces for my 92 year old Alzheimer's Mom and she would take them all off. This is perfect for many reasons, She doesn't complain over her same shoulder arthritis anymore to me either. It solved two issues. Thanks for a great product!
Mike Lucas This brace is amazing, and so is the company. I put the shoulder brace on as soon as it arrived. I could feel a difference immediately. I wore it constantly for the first 24 hours. I then took it off and still had relief for about another 24 hours. My routine is now on a day off a day, unless I will bring doing an activity that I feel requires the extra support. The company is wonderful as well. The customer service is top notch!
Betsy Francis I got this in good time. The service was fine. Put it on and will wear it for awhile to give my shoulder time to heal. So far it feels just fine. The only thing is there was a strong smell. I will wash it and then try it again. I can't wear clothes without washing.
