Sean Lamb I bought this item for my mom-in-law. Due to her weight and bone deterioration on her knees, she has had major issues with pain and discomfort. I wasnt sure if the device would fit her leg but decided to buy it anyway. The top strap doesn't fit but the bottom strap does and it's enough to deliver enough vibration and heat to her knees to finally give her comfort after many years of debilitating pain. She started using the machine once a day and once she noticed some paun relief, she started using it twice a day. Things got even better so she now uses it 3 times a day. She moves better, she can bend her knees better than before, she walk and stands more, and she can now sleep on her sides whereas before, and for many years, she wasnt able to. There are days the device doesnt get rid of pain but it gives her some relieve but overall, this device in which we didnt have much faith on, completely blew us away. She is happier and more active than ever before. I highly recommend this massager.

Stephen Cortez Although I've only had this item for several days and used it 6 times, it works as advertised, but you must be careful with the heat settings, I suggest you wear long shorts or pants and not use them on bare skin, because while using it for a 30 minute session on bare skin and having the heat setting on high, I developed 4 water blisters, my fault of course as I knew it felt hot but I also liked the heat, I couldn't see what was happening, then when I tried it with long shorts on there no issues at all, always try lower heat settings before the highest heat range. Only other thing is I wish it would allow you to manually choose the vibration settings, type of vibration, and duration of each. Overall it worked great and would recommend it, it's helping great with my sore knees.
