Geoffrey Higgins One of the best doggy supplies I've purchased. My dog loves it, and it doesn't waste any water (what she doesn't drink just gets sucked back into the bottle). It doesn't leak, and the dish isn't too bulky (it fits in a tote bag with other things easily). I don't understand the reviews of people having a hard time squeezing it for their dog, the water bottle is soft and easy to squeeze in my opinion, but still durable.

William Baker You have to squeeze the water bottle for the water to get into the cap, and have to continue to squeeze, or the water goes back into the container. What we were used to before purchasing this "Mug" was a lot of wasted water when our dog drank from a water bottle, most of it was on the ground. With this container she can drink what she needed, and the rest is still there waiting for her, not on the ground but in the container. No water wasted, and a very well thought out idea.

I need something for walks in the morning, and this works for carrying, but think I will get creative about fastening it to my belt of a strap or something. Tried it as soon a I received it on my dog, they had no problem drinking from it.

As soon as I got home I ordered this. I go on a few road trips a year and this really helps to give my dogs a drink of water without having to stop, pour water and clean up the water that spilled in the car. Wanda Mason 1st vacation with the pup and this is a must have for all pet owners. we filled up with ice and water before we headed out then added more water when needed. It fits great it the cars cup holders too. Very happy to have and review this item. Yes you have to hold and squeeze to use but that's part of what makes this easy for travel the water comes out when you squeeze and goes back in for safe keeping when not in use.
Jo Mendez This is by far the easiest way to give water to your dog during a long walk or car trip. The design is brilliant. You squeeze the bottle with one hand, and dog get's water. You stop squeezing, water returns to the bottle. No spills. Unfortunately it feels somewhat flimsy, doesn't seem it has been built to last. It goes without saying, but you must of course wash the bottle thoroughly at least once a day, or it will promptly get smelly. I would say it won't be a good idea to put this in the dishwasher (nor, of course, in the microwave).
Sara Logan So we love this! We’ve had dogs all our lives and travel with them by car all year long. We tried every style of travel water bottle for pets I’m sure. It fits in the drink holder perfectly, and she can easily reach it so I can just squeeze the bottle for her to get a drink and then it sucks the remainder back into the bottle. No spilling! When we leave I fill the bottle and then put ice cubes on top so she has her ice and also has a bit in reserve on the top before I have to squeeze it. Getting another one for our other vehicle.
Dean Parsons Great invention! My dogs love it and its easy to use. I have it in the "smog" color. Some reviews have said they found it difficult to operate but I tried it anyway: I am a 60 yr old female with a wrist injury and have no trouble squeezing the bottle and holding it while my dogs drink from the cup on the top. I like that it has a velcro strap to fasten to the dog stroller and it also fits in the car's cup holder. It doesn't leak, and no water is wasted as the minute you release your hold on the bottle, the water goes back down the "straw" inside the container. I have only washed it by hand. Yes it is BPA-free plastic.

We take some long trips and not so long trips with Eli the Adventure Dog and I can't begin to quantify the amount of water that has been spilled inside and outside the truck watering the dog - until now. Eli wants a drink, he knows where the water is, looks at it and if we don't notice he reaches forward and paws his dog mug, we hold it, squeeze it and he drinks until satisfied, then the remainder is sucked back into the mug. Everyone is happy. We take this on hikes as well. Every dog owner who travels with their pooch should have one.

Abel Chavez This has been such a great product! Keeps water from spilling in the car or in your bag. I would literally fill it up and toss it in his travel bag with no spillage at all. I've had it for several months and it worked perfectly!! The built in cup at the top makes it easy for your pet to drink and whatever is left drains back into the bottle. The only suggestion I would make is if you are traveling somewhere with elevation changes, unscrew the lid to take the pressure off. I thought since the bottle wasn't full, it would be ok, but the pressure did push water up into the cup. It seems to have impacted the seal somewhat and now I do get a few drips.
Santos Mills I wish I had found this sooner. It is perfect while traveling with my pets. I fill it and put it in the fridge overnight so they have cold water while traveling ( for long trips, I add a couple of ice cubes). Just squeeze the bottle and hold to keep water in the upper bowl. When released, the excess water drains quickly back into the bottle - no spilling in the car! Only "con" is if your pet is really thirsty, you have to keep squeezing for a while. I love it!

Nancy Colon My parents have three dogs and they use the portable water carrier that opens out and you can squeeze water into the bowl, but I've always had a problem using this because I hate wasting the water they wouldn't drink. Recently I adopted a dog of my own and I went on a long hunt to find a water bottle that was easy to carry and didn't waste water and this was it! It works great and I don't feel so bad if she doesn't drink it all up in one sitting. My only qualm with this is that I have to constantly squeeze it myself - I've tried tightening the velcro strap along the middle but to little avail. But that's just a minor issue, other wise it's a great product.
Bonnie Bowman This water bottle is a great addition for your dogs out on a walk or for a long car ride. We use this for both of our dogs for walks and car rides. It's super easy to reach behind the seat, squeeze the bottle, and give the dogs a taste without a big spill all over the back seat. When you release the squeeze, the remaining water goes back down into the bottle. It's not too bulky to take on the walks with the dogs. Super easy to get them to drink out of it.
Cameron Phillips Actually, this is the second time I have purchased this. Last time I bought 3 and gave two away. This time I'm keeping both. Living in FL it can get pretty steamy out there so I carry it when my Boxer and I head to the beach. He loves it. Unfortunately I took a fall on the way home a week ago (graceful I am not) and broke the nub the straw goes on to feed the water into the bowl. I guess I could have glued it back together but I didn't think of that until after I had tossed it and ordered these. Now if I could just figure out a better way to attach it to my pack so I could easily access it but not have it bouncing off my legs as I walk.....
