Nothing but good things to say about this board! I use it at least 4 times a week, alternating targeted muscle groups each time. The handle and grip feels much more comfortable than the perfect push-up. I've improved my strength pretty significantly using this than I did with my perfect push-up, which I carry with me on travels.

Was perfect for changing up the old fashion push-up, the only, and I mean only draw back of even looking for one is that it is very light and when pulling pegs out to change position the two halves could separate, getting comberosm fixing the flatness and reconnects are just more of a so called break in between reps, but when your arms are dead that task becomes a struggle for stability like a new baby deer fresh out the womb.

When I saw this I knew I had to order it although it was pricey. I'm sure it has a nice markup. The yellow part of the chart is hard to read but I'll manage. In saying that, I used it yesterday and did chest, triceps, and shoulders. I'm sore today but not overly sore; I can tell my chest really got worked. Honestly though, I don't know how this could work your biceps, (it doesn't). The close grip at an angle really worked the inside of my chest. I was experiencing muscle failure towards the end, and to had finish up with my knees on my workout mat. The nice thing is once you become stronger, you can elevate your legs for a new burn,or do some plyometrics to really get a burn. Looking forward to working out again with it, your chest will definitely get ripped and your triceps will be bulging when you finish. Just grab some dumbbells for your biceps or do them the day after. You can take this to work and get a burn there if you like, or challenge someone who thinks they're a tough guy. Just make you can rip off a lot of reps. Most people can't do many pushups. Do this for a month or two before you do this. Today is Saturday and I worked out Wednesday. My triceps are still sore today.

Great product overall! The exercises target specific muscles and after each set you can feel an incredible pump. Might even get a better workout than with free weights in regards to my arms, chest and shoulders. Noticeable wrist pain with exercises because the handles aren’t padded. Taking a proper break between sets or changing thumb place can relieve this. Great price too. I have recommended this product to my friends and family too.
Well crafted product that does everything except legs and biceps (very little biceps). You’ll need dumbbells or resistance bands for biceps. All in all a great product if you have that near perfect body or if you want to stay lean. This will not get you bulky but I’ve since moved away from the gym bulk look to the lean body. With a clean diet and use of the program you’ll be in shape in 4-8 months depending on your goals. Good luck!
A long time ago, a handsome college athlete fell in love with an active coed who loved running. What a great life they had. They loved going to the gym. A lot.
