Maintenance:
- Please securely fix the neck brace before washing, so as to prevent the neck brace strap from damaging or gluing other clothes.
- Use neutral detergent to wash it in water at 30°C. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water after washing. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not bleach, machine wash or dry clean.
- Do not wring dry after washing, but you can squeeze it by hand or use a dry towel to suck in excess water, then place it at a dry place. Do not iron, dry or expose directly in the sun.

I highly recommend this for cervical issues.
Karen Lucas I purchased the nude colored neck brace that comes with the removal rigid plastic strip that adds more structure if needed. While sleeping I find that it is supported enough without this plastic piece, but nice to have the flexibility. Before using this, I often woke up with a strained neck and headaches and even migraines, but not anymore since wearing this brace to sleep each night for about the past month. It is soft enough to be comfy while sleeping, but supportive enough to keep my neck from falling forward or to the sides while I sleep. Took me only a day or two to get used to sleeping with this. I was in between sizes of a medium or large, and was glad I went with the medium. There was ample length in the velcro to make the brace not too tight but just loose enough to keep my chin held up to keep my neck straight. I would think this would also work wonders during air travel or on a road trip instead of using those crappy neck pillows.

Myra Perry I have cervical disc issues. Being a side sleeper, I found that sometimes when I would be turning over, I muct have fallen asleep before making a full turn. This would cause me to lay on my back without my next supported. I shopped around for a brace that was less wide (under the chin) because when I lay down it is impossible to keep my neck extended and any other brace would choke me. I am very please with the size of this brace.

Gregg Cortez I love it! I probably should have ordered a Large instead of Medium...being the velcro is a little short to attach well. My neck is 13 1/4 inches and should have fit well with a Medium size according to the chart. I plan to attach more soft velcro to the end of the soft velcro strip attached to it. Update: Today is my second day wearing it. Right now I am glad I got the medium! It has gotten softer and putting it on today it seems to have loosened up enough that my velcro strap seems to fit better.
